Chief Accountant/Financial Accounting - Dongguan, China

Our client is a leading German family-owned manufacturer of electrical components, with the Asia HQ in Hongkong and a production plant in Dongguan with more than 100 workers.

Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the accounting department
  • Bookkeeping in accordance with legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures
  • Cooperation with external tax consultant, monthly controlling the financial accounting and reporting between Chinese and English version
  • Timely conduct the target/actual comparison and identify the difference
  • Delivery the financial reporting to the Managing Director and the Headquarters in Germany on time
  • Plan and control the cashflow in consideration of the cost and liquidity (safety cash amount needed) in agreement with the Finance Department in Germany
  • Outgoing payments for Hongkong company
  • Controlling the accounting receivable (A/R) and fulfillment of payment terms by customers before dispatching products to customers
  • Monthly control of incoming deliveries before paying the invoices of vendors.
  • Preparing and cooperation with external tax audit and yearly auditing
  • Optimize the tax between Dongguan and Hongkong subsidiaries
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • More than five years working experience in accounting in an international company
  • Excellent business understanding, self-motivated, pro-active and working hands-on

Zu unseren aktuell am meisten nachgefragten Dienstleistungen gehören Executive Search, Marktforschung und Suche nach Vertriebspartnern.

Für die Beratung und Betreuung unserer deutschen Klienten in Taiwan und in HK suchen wir jeweils einen erfahrenen Berater oder Kaufmann, der in Taiwan bzw. Hongkong ansässig ist und als Freiberufler oder Kooperationspartner auf Honorar- (Projektarbeit) und Provisionsbasis (Akquise und Suche nach Vertriebspartner) für APMC arbeitet. Responsibilities:
  • Hauptaufgaben sind die persönliche und telefonische Erstberatung für deutsche Mittelständler, die gerne in Taiwan und/oder HK verkaufen oder einkaufen wollen, mit der Zielsetzung, diese Firmen für die Dienstleistungen von APMC zu gewinnen (Kunden-/Projekt-Akquise)

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Beratungs- oder Handelsgeschäft bzw. im Einkauf oder Verkauf tätig. Lebt mindestens seit 1 Jahr in HK bzw. Taiwan.
  • Hohe Affinität zu China/Asien
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Englisch sehr gute Kenntnisse (Chinesischkenntnisse von Vorteil, aber kein Muss)
  • Offener und kommunikativer Charakter, seriöses Auftreten
