Business and Financial Controller - Hanoi,Vietnam

Our client is a leading family-owned European consumer brand manufacturer in food & beverage with an annual sale of about US$ 1 billion. For the newly acquired distribution and sales company (no production) in Hanoi with an annual turnover of about US$ 30 Million, we are looking for a reliable Business and Financial Controller to supervise the activity of this company in Hanoi/Vietnam.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the controlling of the activities in Hanoi/Vietnam in close cooperation with the HQ in Europe.
  • Clarify and report the business activities in Hanoi/Vietnam in a transparent way that is common in Europe.
  • Report to the European HQ and to the group CEO personally.
Requirements:
  • University or advanced degree in Business, Finance, MBA or other related fields on a Western University, preferably in Europe.
  • Working experience in Controlling in a European company, preferably also in Asia or even Vietnam.
  • Knowledge about the bookkeeping and accounting rules in Vietnam

To further support their rapid growth in China they are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Vice General Manager. The position is located in Taicang.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager, overall responsibility for a German WFOE company with production in Taicang
  • Support the functions production, customer service, sales & business development, logistics, finance & controlling, but the focus is to support and take care of the customers in China
  • Develop and implement the growth strategy in China
  • Insure the timely delivery of products in good quality and provide technical support to customers

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for the whole China wide franchise development and the opening of new locations.

Production Manager for Electrical Industry - located in Dongguan

Our client is a German family owned company, and one of the leading producers of electromechanical components (connectors) and electromechanical customized solutions, as well as products for industrial automation. Their products are mainly used in automotive, building technology, home appliances, mobile radio networks and industrial automation. To restructure their Chinese plant and make it fit for the future, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated Production Manager. The position is located in Dongguan, China.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall organizational and technical aspects of production and production processes
  • Close coordination with headquarter to improve and stabilize plant on technical and commercial fields
  • Planning, coordination and controlling of manufacturing process
  • Ensure optimal products availability for the customers, and that costs, delivery and quality commitments are met
  • Steady review and development of the manufacturing techniques, as well as the production- and planning processes
  • Structure production to a modern industrial facility; ready to serve automotive industry in China; prepare and implement TS16949 Certification over the next years

  • Experience in cost calculation (material, production, labour) is a plus
  • Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop, evaluate and implement options and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on mentality, highly customer and result orientated, systematic work, solution oriented, powerful team player

Für die Beratung und Betreuung unserer deutschen Klienten in Taiwan und in HK suchen wir jeweils einen erfahrenen Berater oder Kaufmann, der in Taiwan bzw. Responsibilities:

  • Hohe Affinität zu China/Asien
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Englisch sehr gute Kenntnisse (Chinesischkenntnisse von Vorteil, aber kein Muss)
  • Offener und kommunikativer Charakter, seriöses Auftreten
