Production Manager for Electrical Appliance Industry - Guangdong, China

We are currently supporting an European client to improve the productivity in their factory in Dongguan, which is mainly manual (hand) assembly work with more than 1000 workers. We are currently looking for an ambitious and experienced Consultant or Project Manager to act as our Branch Manager in Shenyang. Our clients in Shenyang are mainly German suppliers of BMW (automotive).

Aufgabenbeschreibungen:
  • Reception and accompanying our clients when they come to Shenyang
  • Support our foreign (German) Clients in Shenyang
  • Acquire new clients and projects
  • Conduct projects (executive search projects and factory founding projects) in Shenyang
  • Looking for distributors or agents for our German clients in Shenyang
Anforderungen:
  • Native Chinese, fluent in spoken and written English
  • At least 3 years experience in the consulting business
  • Ideally working experience with recruiting projects or company establishment projects
  • Enjoys business development and sales
  • Outgoing, good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in team environment
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point) and Internet
  • Friendly, service-oriented, dynamic and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
